A New Revolutionary Handpiece for the Cavitron line of Ultrasonic Scalers
02/17/2003 DENTSPLY Professional is pleased to announce the introduction of a new revolutionary handpiece for its Cavitron line of ultrasonic scalers. The Cavitron SteriMate® Handpiece with Swivel provides clinicians with a handpiece that relieves cable drag while being compatible with all 30kHz inserts.
The new Cavitron® SteriMate® Handpiece with Swivel fits all Cavitron® SPSTM, Cavitron® SelectTM SPSTM and G98A ultrasonic scalers. This revolutionary handpiece has a 330 degree swivel feature at the junction of the handpiece and cable. This unique feature will help to relieve handpiece drag. Most importantly, clinicians can enjoy the benefits of a more ergonomic handpiece while using their favorite insert designs.
The Cavitron® SteriMate® Handpiece with Swivel will be available for shipment January 10, 2003.
